SOLHARTÉ™ offers premium women's apparel through a made-to-order business model.

Certain products may be available exclusively through our website and may be produced in limited quantities.

Due to the handcrafted nature of our garments, slight variations in embroidery, stitching, print placement, fabric texture, embellishments, and finishing may naturally occur. Such variations are not considered manufacturing defects but reflect the uniqueness of individually crafted garments.

While we make every effort to display product colours accurately, actual colours may vary slightly depending on individual monitor settings, mobile screens, lighting conditions, and photography.

Measurements provided on our website are approximate. A manufacturing tolerance of approximately ±1–2 cm may occur due to handcrafted production techniques.

We reserve the right to:

Restrict sales based on geographic location.

SECTION 6 – MADE-TO-ORDER GARMENTS

Most SOLHARTÉ™ garments are created only after an order has been placed.

This approach allows us to maintain exceptional craftsmanship, minimize excess inventory, reduce waste, and produce garments with greater attention to detail.

As production begins specifically for your order, customers acknowledge that made-to-order products require production time before dispatch.

Production timelines displayed on our website are estimated and may vary due to fabric availability, artisan workload, quality control processes, holidays, or unforeseen operational circumstances.

Every garment undergoes quality inspection before shipment to ensure it meets our quality standards.

SECTION 7 – ORDERS & ORDER ACCEPTANCE

Placing an order on our website does not automatically constitute acceptance of that order.

All orders remain subject to verification and acceptance by SOLHARTÉ™.

We reserve the right to decline, cancel, or refuse any order for reasons including but not limited to:

Product unavailability.
Pricing errors.
Suspected fraudulent activity.
Duplicate orders.
Incorrect customer information.

If an order is cancelled after payment has been successfully received, the customer will receive a refund in accordance with our Refund Policy.

Customers may request cancellation within 24 hours of placing an order, provided the order has not yet been confirmed by our team through a phone call or message.

Once our team confirms your order and production has been initiated, cancellation requests cannot be accepted because each garment is produced specifically for the customer under our made-to-order process.

SOLHARTÉ™ reserves the right to cancel any order if fraud, unauthorized payment activity, or operational issues are suspected.

SECTION 9 – PRICING & PAYMENT

All prices displayed on the website are quoted in Indian Rupees (INR).

Payment must be completed before production of made-to-order garments begins.

We currently accept payments through secure payment gateways, including:

Net Banking
Other payment methods made available during checkout

Customers are responsible for ensuring that all billing information provided during checkout is accurate and complete.

SOLHARTÉ™ shall not be responsible for payment failures caused by banking institutions, payment gateways, internet disruptions, or technical issues beyond our control.

Taxes, where applicable under Indian law, will be included or displayed during checkout. 

SECTION 10 – SHIPPING

SOLHARTÉ™ currently ships exclusively within India.

As most of our garments are made-to-order, orders require a production period before dispatch. Estimated production and delivery timelines are displayed on our website and may vary depending on order volume, product availability, public holidays, weather conditions, courier operations, or other unforeseen circumstances.

Delivery timelines provided by SOLHARTÉ™ are estimates only and should not be considered guaranteed delivery dates.

Once an order has been dispatched, the responsibility for transportation rests with the courier partner. While we closely monitor every shipment and assist customers whenever possible, SOLHARTÉ™ shall not be liable for delays, failed delivery attempts, lost shipments, or damages caused by third-party logistics providers.

Customers are responsible for providing a complete and accurate shipping address and contact information. SOLHARTÉ™ shall not be responsible for delivery failures resulting from incorrect or incomplete customer information.

Additional shipping charges may apply for remote serviceable locations where applicable.

SECTION 11 – RETURNS & EXCHANGES

Customer satisfaction is important to us. Returns and exchanges are governed by our separate Return & Exchange Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms.

Returns may be requested within seven (7) days from the date of delivery, subject to our eligibility requirements.

Returned products must:

Be unused, unworn and unwashed.
Be returned in their original condition.
Include all original tags, labels and packaging.

Returns will not be accepted for:

Sale or discounted products.
Customized, altered or made-to-measure garments.
Products damaged through misuse, improper handling or normal wear and tear.
Requests submitted after the applicable return period.

Exchange requests may also be submitted within seven (7) days of delivery for eligible products.

Approved exchanges are subject to product availability. If the requested replacement is unavailable, SOLHARTÉ™ may issue store credit equivalent to the eligible order value in accordance with our Return & Exchange Policy.

Only one return or one exchange request is permitted per order.

SECTION 12 – REFUNDS

Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and successfully passes our quality inspection.

Approved refunds will be issued through the original payment method used during purchase unless otherwise required by applicable law.

Original shipping charges, express shipping fees and other non-refundable service charges will not be refunded unless required under applicable consumer protection laws.

Refund processing times may vary depending upon the customer's payment provider or banking institution.
